Wanted to share the joy of the wwkipday…….It is just wonderful how complete strangers…or friend can share their love of knitting. The day was a summerday as they are mostly in Denmark….One moment it snows rains and the next the sun is burning down …….
Everybody enjoyed the company and the knitting….and showing off some very beautiful knitting too :

I almost always have bare feet…..socks and shoes have a tendency to avaporate from my being……and it seems my children have the same ……..
so I just giggled in my quiet mind when I saw this post…
I was inspired by the art of rosemaling when I made the spindle for the ” spindle addicts swap” on Ravelry.
Here it is with a weight of 62 grams aka 2.22 ounches, a fairly heavyweight bottomwhorl spindle…… and I am sending some bamboo and some stitchmarkers
along……

We visited The viking market in Aarhus……and I was lucky enough to find a merchant who had needles for naalbinding and other crafty tools….so now I´m equipped for that too.!!!!
I just passed it.
